What happens to what I send you?

This page says what happens to anything you send us through this website, and what this website does while you read it.

Who we are

This website is run by CCW PLUMBING & HEATING LTD, company number 09765229 on the Companies House register. That company is the data controller for anything this site collects. Its registered office is C/O The Ledger House Accountancy Ltd Minerva Mil Innovation Centre, Station Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, B49 5ET. What this site collects

One form on this site asks for your name, your telephone number, your postcode and a description of the job. You can attach photographs if you want to. Nothing is collected unless you fill that form in and send it, and nothing else on this site records who you are.

What happens to what you send

Today, nothing happens to it, because the form is not connected yet and delivers nowhere. When it is connected, what you write will go to enquiries@ccwplumbingandheating.co.uk, which is our own mailbox, and it will be used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, it runs no analytics, and it loads nothing from another organisation as the page opens. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

The tracking this site does not carry

The site this one replaces loads Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Bing Ads on every page, and showed no cookie banner while it did so. None of them is here. None will be added until we have settled which we want, and we would ask you before any of them loaded.

Links that take you off this site

These links open a site run by somebody else: WhatsApp, the Gas Safe Register, Companies House, Google Maps and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Nothing goes to any of them until you tap one, and what happens after that is governed by their terms rather than ours.

How long we keep it

We have not set a retention period yet, and we are not going to print one we have not agreed. Until we do, you can ask us to delete what you sent us and we will.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to enquiries@ccwplumbingandheating.co.uk and say which. You do not have to give a reason.

If you are not happy with how we handled it

The Information Commissioner’s Office is the data protection regulator for the United Kingdom and it takes complaints about how an organisation has handled personal data. You can complain to it without coming to us first.
