What it does not include

Moving the boiler to a different room or wall — We price this from your photographs.
Upgrading the gas supply pipework where the existing run is undersized — It is priced separately and agreed before any work starts.
New pipework or radiators beyond the existing system — We price this after a survey.

What would change your price

Flue needs re-routing more than 1m through an external wall — +£340 fixed
Converting from a gravity-fed system to a sealed system (extra controls) — +£260 fixed
Boiler moves to a different wall or room — priced from your photos

Why is my job not on the list, and what happens then?

Every price below is the total you pay, VAT included, for the boiler fitted and certificated. What is included is listed under it, what is not is listed beside it, and the things that move the number are named. If your job is one of the ones we will not price from photographs, we say so rather than guess.

air source heating

We price a heat pump after a survey, not from photographs. A heat pump is sized to your house — room by room, and the fabric of the building changes the answer. We come out, work out the heat loss, and put a written price on the system that actually fits. Book the survey on 01527 304100.

plumbing and heating repairs

A repair is priced from your photographs, before we come out. Send a photograph of the fault, the boiler and the badge on the front of it, and we will tell you what the repair costs.

gas safety, servicing and landlord certificates

We do not publish a price for this one yet. Tell us what needs checking and where — call 01527 304100 or send us a message on WhatsApp — and we will tell you the price before anything goes in the diary.
